I have been a patient of this group for over 20 years. Dr. Wise has been invaluable this past year. I had a severe injury from a bad fall in January and needed surgery in San Diego. The surgeon botched the repair. Dr Wise has followed my recovery and been a real help to me as I recover both physically & psychologically. He has been available for questions, advice and has helped me regain my mobility. I'll be forever grateful to him for his outstanding care.

Always so patient you never feel rush. Friendly and personable. Always concerned about her patients health and answers all of your questions. You leave knowing you received the best care. If you ever need assistance she will be there for you.

With the Dr. everything went as planned. The issue I have is the office staff, late with check ins. Today's visit was 30 minutes late, to find out that the staff checked me in 20 minutes after my arrival and appointment time. Also I use Dr. Zebrack as community care for the VA in addition to my primary Tricare doctor. Every year I wait several months for the coordinator to re-establish Dr. Zebrack as my VA doctor, this only presents an issue to me as my VA community care Dentist office seems to have me lined up and ready on an annual basis. I respect and trust Dr. Zebrack as a physician and choose not to seek Healthcare anywhere else.

Dani is amazing! She really cares about her patients. She’s helped me so much on my health journey and makes me feel comfortable talking to her. However, the medical assistant who took my blood pressure the second time was very unprofessional. She scared me about my blood pressure and told me to wait in the room. I asked her to take it again. She made a face that alarmed me and said it’s higher and told me to wait for Dani. I was starting to worry. So i texted my husband to come in to the waiting room.
Before Dani came in again, i over heard the medical assistant talking about me and how i asked her to recheck my blood pressure with someone at the desk in front of the room. Very unprofessional.
Isn’t that a violation of HIPPA, talking about a patient’s medical information with someone else?
As Dani was escorting me out the back (because i was embarrassed) she was looking at me and so was another female that she was speaking to. Very uncomfortable. While I’m already alarmed and scared.

The front desk staff are helpful, patient and kind. The PA is excellent. When I meet with her she is always very thorough. Dr. Zebrack saw me yesterday as I had not been feeling well for days. He listened to me, diagnosed the issues and has me on a path to recovery. Thank you

NP Thomas is compassionate, considerate of my particular situation, and unfailingly willing to listen to anything I bring up.
Today I was able to interact with three staff members and all of them were polite and attentive.
These are the reasons I keep going back!
