Men’s Health

Our doctors work dilligently to keep men healthy through every stage of their lives. We focus first on preventive care to help men avoid illness and disease by taking precautions, performing diagnostic and physical evaluations, and treating common men's health issues.

Cardiac Evaluations

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the United States and it can strike without warning. Half of the men who die from heart disease had no previous symptoms. If you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoke, are overweight or have diabetes, you are at risk. Talk to your doctor today about your cardiac health and how to protect your heart.

Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction (ED) affects more than half of all men in the United States (70 percent of men over 70) and can have a number of causes or contributing factors. Erectile dysfunction is often associated with other health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and obesity. Certyain medications can also cause ED. Our doctors will help you determine the cause and guide you to the best solution for your erectile dysfunction.

Prostate Exam

If you are 40 years of age or older, we recommend a regular annual prostate exam. A regular exam can help us diagnose and treat an enlarged prostate, BPH, prostate cancer or prostatitis.

Testosterone Treatment

As you age, your testosterone levels decrease. Low testosterone can cause changes in sexual function and drive, depression, trouble concentrating and even increased body fat. Only a doctor can help you determine if your symptoms are caused by changing testosterone levels or something else. Talk to a primary care physician here if you think you may have low testosterone.
