Very empathetic, and engaged. Truly feel My symptoms were heard evaluated and addressed. The staff is a no drama no screw up type staff. They always interface between you and the pharmacy which is one of the big pluses for this practice.

I called the office on April the 14th 2026 I need an authorization to a doctor that I've been seen for the last 10 years and the person I talked to was very rude telling me that I don't have the right to see another doctor with an authorization and eye doctor very rude I wouldn't recommend this office to know body who in the hell do they think they are anyway God they are not God and if you want an authorization to go to a specialist that should be your decision not theirs especially if you've been seeing them for 10 years

I can’t recommend my doctor enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to truly listen to concerns, never making you feel rushed or dismissed. Every appointment feels like a genuine conversation where I feel heard, understood, and cared for.

Dr. Douglas Wise has been my primary care doctor for approximately two years and I can’t say enough great things about his professional and compassionate care.
