David Zebrack, DO

David Zebrack, DO

As a family doctor, Dr. David Zebrack sees and enjoys treating patients of all ages. He understands the importance of preventive health care and emphasizes this aspect with his patients during office visits.

Dr. Zebrack grew up in the San Fernando Valley. He attended UCLA and received his BS degree in psychobiology. He then received his osteopathic medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed a one-year rotating internship at Rio Hondo Hospital in Downey, California and completed his residency in family practice at San Bernardino County Medical Center. During his final year, he was acting president of the residency program. He then earned his board-certification in family practice. He joined a multispecialty medical group in Torrance, California and then moved with his family to the Temecula Valley in 2004.

Besides seeing patients in his office, Dr. Zebrack spends a great deal of time acting as a preceptor in the training of medical students, interns and residents. He has participated in various clinical research trials and most recently acted as the department chief of family practice for Southwest Healthcare Systems.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Zebrack has participated as a board member for his homeowner association and has raised funds as a volunteer for the United Jewish Welfare Fund. Currently, during his free time, Dr. Zebrack is busy tap dancing, golfing and traveling with his family, including his wife, Amy, daughter, Taylor, and twin boys, Chad and Ryan.

Douglas J. Wise, DO


Dr. Douglas Wise grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. After studing at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine he completed his residency in general practice at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia. He started his practice in Swedesboro, NJ in 1981. He moved to the Temecula Valley area in 1987 where he has continued practicing medicine ever since. He has worked with Dr. Zebrack for 10 years.

He is an active member of his church and community. He volunteers annually for musical productions and enjoys jogging and other fitness activies.

Dani Thomas, NP

Dani Thomas grew up in San Diego. She attended Southern Methodist University and received BA degrees in Psychology and Sociology. After a brief career in childhood education, Dani earned her BS degree in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. She has experience in inpatient psychiatry, long term care and acute care cardiology services, most recently working at Temecula Valley Hospital. She graduated with dual Master's degrees from San Diego State University in 2017, completing the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Acute-Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist program with honors.

Dani lives in Murrieta with her husband Nick and son Franklin. She is an avid reader and studies homeopathic remedies as a complement to traditional medicine. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and pets.
