We are pleased to offer Botox cosmetic procedures. Botox, which has been commercially available since 1980, is a safe and effective method of removing wrinkles of the upper face, including frown lines between the eyes, forehead wrinkles and “crow’s-feet” adjacent to the eyes. During a brief five- to ten-minute visit, we inject small quantities of Botox at these sites to eliminate wrinkles. We use a topical anesthetic prior to injections to reduce discomfort. Pain from injections is minimal and lasts only a few seconds. Results take approximately five days to appear and typically last about three or four months.
